Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective from shipping, please send us a photo or video of the issue at contact@yuzerv.com within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately ship you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
